New Home,  Winnie and Walter

Shaker Home card with patterned paper

Hey everyone

Can you believe it’s been four years already that Winnie and Walter have been on the go! To help them celebrate I am joining in with the current challenges. (For some reason I can’t save the challenge image 😕)

Today’s card uses the great W&W new home die. The font is perfect for die cutting and layering up for dimension. I cut it out of four different pieces of scrap patterned paper I had lying around, four pieces of fun foam and adhered it all together along with some seed beads to make shaker dies cuts – I love these.

I used the scallop rectangle from W&W Audrey’s Cutaways for the background and attached it all to a soft pink side folding card base. I have found a cardstock I love by Hunkydory called Adorable Scorable – it’s coloured on the outside and white inside, a heavy 350 gsm weight and folds beautifully without creasing.

Sorry about the strange camera angles, it’s so difficult to photograph gold Miri card without getting my phone or my head LOL.

I’m entering this card into the following Winnie and Walter Challenges:

Four Challenge with Shay – I used the home word four times with four different patterned papers
