Watercolour stamping with Pinkfresh Studio + video

Hello everyone so I tried again, video 2 now on YT.  Lighting issues plagued this one argh, but they take so long to make and edit etc that I am subjecting you to it anyway, lol.  Seriously tho I hope you will give it a watch, I cover watercolouring directly on your stamps and different ways you can achieve a messy Watercolor look.  I also cover stacked die cuts and have a ‘hidden’ die cut sentiment. The Flower Challenge June 2018

Hi everyone Can’t believe another month has passed us by already! For the Flower Challenge this month the theme is to use a previous challenge. You have loads of options including: CAS, Vellum/Acetate, Use your favourite flower, embossing and many more. I chose the theme from the 2nd challenge which was “Occasion”.  Wedding season is upon us and so I thought a card that could be used for a wedding or celebration would be perfect for my card stash. If you are a regular follower of mine you know I am in love with Pinkfresh Studio products at the moment. I gold heat embossed this beautiful floral arrangement and coloured…

    Gold embossing with Pinkfresh Studio

Hiya Here is my second card for the May challenge at Pinkfresh Studio which is based on this sketch I don’t have any puffy stickers unfortunately so my cards are based on the colour palette provided. Once melted I used my zig clean colour real brushes to add colour. Then I fussy cut a section and 3d mounted it into another panel of the same heat embossed stamp on white Bristol card. The sentiment is also by Pinkfresh Studio and is embossed on a pearlised blue…

    Vellum embossing with Pinkfresh Studio

Hi friends Its reminder time for the May challenge at The Flower Challenge. The theme is vellum/acetate so an used a stitched rectangle die and die cut vellum.  Then I heat embossed this gorgeous stamp from Pinkfresh Studio with a gorgeous rose gold embossing powder by Simon Says Stamp.  When heated it has a beautiful copper shine to it. Once melted I coloured the back of the vellum with zig clean colour markers without water. The panel is so pretty it only needed to be added to a coloured card base and a simple sentiment also by Pinkfresh Studio be added. I hope you will join us, you have til…

Hand in hand with Pretty Pink Posh

Hiya A lovely Instagram friend @tesstimony_cards sent me a cute couple of images by Pretty Pink Posh (Summer Friends set) to colour. I’m embarrassed to say I’ve had these for about a year!  I recently made a few simple watercolour backgrounds with my peerless watercolours to have on hand ‘just in case’. This one with its sandy beach immediately reminded me of this cute boy and girl.  I coloured them simply with Copic markers and added them with 3d foam.  Next I used a memory box die and added some hearts in different sizes and added some wink of stella for a little sparkle. The sentiment is by a Pinkfresh…
